Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal or contact our concierge team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer's packaging with all protective inserts, ensuring the product is in its original, unused condition.
Attach Shipping Label
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the exterior of the box, ensuring any previous delivery barcodes are completely covered.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned home goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
