Desdemone Bed

Designed by Nasrallah & Horner for Ligne Roset, the Desdemone Bed rethinks the typical function of a bed, creating a space for both sleeping and sitting. The harmonious form of this king size bed is complemented by the tall enveloping headboard creating a cocoon-like feeling. Whether lying down or sitting up reading in bed, Desdemone is ideal for large bedrooms or open plan loft apartments in the city. Both the headboard and base are upholstered in a luxuriously-tactile fabric. Desdemone’s statement headboard ensures this bed feels like the centre of the universe, with ample space to sit back and relax. 

Featuring additional soft padding in the central area of the headboard providing a comfortable back support when sitting up in bed. The base stands on streamlined raised feet in black, allowing space underneath the bed. Includes a solid beech base of slatted wood with articulated supports.

Materials: Multi-ply clad in polyurethane foam and polyester quilting. Headboard in metal mesh clad in polyurethane foam and polyester quilting. Slatted Wood sprung base in solid beech. Legs in black lacquered tubular steel. 

Upholstery: Canvas Laine 2: 90% wool, 10% nylon (Grade D)
